Ok here is how we do it:

  1. Workout at least 3 days a week doing compound and single muscle movements for your legs and butt.
          a. Smith Squat
          b. Seated Leg Curl
          c. Reverse Lunges
          d. Straight legged low pulley upward heel presses
          e. Prone Leg Curls
  2. Do at least 30 minutes of cardio 4 days a week.
  3. Drink 10, 8-ounce glasses of water a day.
  4. Do not eat high glycemic carbs after 3:00pm.

Now let’s go over REDUCING your CELLULITE! As we have mentioned before in our Dallas Body Shaping website, there are 3 reasons you see that orange peel affect or cellulite on your body.

  1. Your septae or vertical bands holding your outer layer of skin to your lower layer, which is important, get stiffer and shorter over time. Pulling your skin down in spots helping to create that orange peel affect. To repair this problem you need to add collagen to the septae which is what they are made of and therefore they will be less brittle and relax allowing your skin to be smoother!
  2. You also need to add more collagen to your outer layer of skin called your epidermis and dermis, which will also smooth out your skin.
  3. And the lastly try to lower the amount of fat that is located in your hypodermis (deepest layer) of your skin. Exercise and a better diet will help, but you also need to be stimulated by Cellupulse to metabolize the fat!
