We recommend eating before 7pm and eliminating complex carbohydrates from your evening meal four days a week. This means you will not have potatoes, rice, bread or pasta for dinner. You will be able to enjoy a low fat protein like chicken or fish and need a high nutrient veggie like Brussels sprouts or broccoli. You should also include a healthy salad of mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes and feta cheese, and should use a low sugar dressing like balsamic vinegar.
If you follow this plan, you will start to slowly shed pounds and will wake up with less water retention and bloating.
